Forgotten password
If you cannot log into your course because you have forgotten your password.
Log into your course using
www.navathome.com/mylogin
Then enter your email address and click the lost password button.
Access expired
Use the 'Extensions' tab at the top of the page to extend your course.
You can extend your course even if the access has expired.
The extension starts from either the date of expiry or from the date the course is extended if the course has already expired.
Other possible problems
You must enter the email address you used when you booked your course. If your email has changed you must inform your training centre.
Your password is case sensitive so you must enter it as shown.
Do not copy and paste either your email or you password or let it auto fill. Fill in the login box manually.
